Third and Fourth Months

As some people are experiencing their baby isn’t sleeping at night, I was very fortunate that little lady was a good night sleeper!! I cannot be more thankful for that! Although during the day, she would only sleeps in a 30-45 minutes cycle – unless we’re out and about and she fell asleep in the pram or car. But.. things changed when little lady hits the fourth month. She would wake up at least every two hours or there were nights when she woke us up every hour! So I thought, that’s it, the end of nights where little lady would sleep through the night! But, some mothers say that it could be just a growth spurts and sleep regression period, where babies want to feed more often because they are growing, and can’t resettle themselves back to sleep as there so much things going on inside their growing brain! (I am imagining those neuron sparks all over!).

ACH 4 months

At the same time, going through growth spurts and sleep regression doesn’t look that bad when they have started to smile, giggle, babble, blowing raspberries and trying to roll over!! It is such a wonderful experience for both us as parents and baby!! I love every single moment of it!

Being able to see her growing development is such an amazing thing!! For us, it was when little lady started to babbles and squeal of happiness, showing us that she enjoys being around us and that she is happy! It was such an entertainment for us! Sleep deprevation is long forgotten as soon as we see our little lady smiling and giggling of happiness! It felt like it was all worth it, to see our beautiful little lady growing in to a healthy happy baby!

XOXO
